Re-imagined T-Mobile's employer brand to embrace and champion the "ARE YOU WITH US?" consumer brand campaign. Developed creative to help them attract and retain thousands of likeminded ‘rebels’ to support their rapid growth and embody their EVP "Unleash Your Challenger Spirit". Boldness, excitement, and authenticity are the core of the #BeMagenta campaign. It has become the rally cry for T-Mobile employees and the success of this campaign is further evident through the sheer volume of employee generated content (EGC).
